On April 22, 2025, the Investment Promotion Agency hosted a meeting with representatives of E20 Investment (UAE) and its agricultural subsidiary, Agritek.

The parties discussed potential cooperation in the agriculture sector. Agritek is currently implementing a project on 470 hectares in Andijan region focused on growing cherries, blueberries and grapes. The project aims to develop modern horticulture and produce export-oriented agricultural goods. Agritek applies a fully mechanized harvesting system and modern farming techniques adapted from global best practices. The company follows a sustainable business model that prioritizes efficient water usage, soil preservation, and environmental balance.

In conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to share information on Uzbekistan’s livestock, fishery, and food processing sectors, including existing potential for investment activities, and regulatory framework.

For reference:E20 Investment was established in 2019. The company operates 12 subsidiaries across 5 countries. As of today, E20 Investment has implemented modern farming practices on more than 5,000 hectares of land and employs over 1,000 people.
