As the Tashkent International Investment Forum 2025 (TIIF) draws closer, the Uzbekistan Investment Promotion Agency (UzIPA) is delighted to announce its official sponsors for the country’s flagship event.

KOC Construction is involved in the feasibility studies and planning for the new Tashkent-Samarkand high-speed rail line and is also participating in the expansion of Jurgenchi International Airport.

  • Yandex Uzbekistan: Yandex Uzbekistan is focused on developing and implementing new technologies to enhance people's lives and improve the digital landscape in Uzbekistan. Since starting operations in the country in 2018, the company has been providing residents with a variety of services, including online taxi ordering, food delivery, cloud and geo services, entertainment options, and educational projects.

  • Vision Invest: A major Saudi Arabian investment firm, Vision Invest is expanding its presence in Uzbekistan, particularly in utilities and infrastructure. For example, Vision Invest is working with Government to develop new transport and infrastructure public-private partnership (PPP) projects, supporting the country’s privatisation and infrastructure reform agenda.

  • OTP Group: one of the fastest growing independent banking groups in Central and Eastern Europe, entered the Uzbek market in 2023 by acquiring Ipoteka Bank. The company currently has a paid-up capital of USD 200 million and manages assets worth over USD 280 million.   • AKSA Enerji: This Turkish energy company is expanding its operations in Uzbekistan to support thermal and renewable generation projects. Aksa is currently developing a new 240 MW gas-fired power plant in Tashkent region and has announced plans for solar energy projects to boost renewable capacity.

  • StoneX: specializes in hedging futures and commodity contracts. The company is one of the leading publicly traded financial institutions on the Fortune 50 list, serving over 54,000 institutional, commercial, and payments clients, as well as more than 260,000 self-directed clients worldwide.

  • Halyk Bank: One of Kazakhstan’s leading banks, Halyk Bank is instrumental in enabling cross-border finance and trade within Central Asia. In 2019, Halyk Bank opened a 100% owned subsidiary in Uzbekistan, Tenge Bank.

  • European Investment Bank (EIB): The EIB plays an important role in supporting sustainable infrastructure and climate-aligned financing in Uzbekistan.
