On April 7, 2025, the Investment Promotion Agency hosted a delegation from the Republic of Poland, led by the Mayor of Drohiczyn, Mr. W. Borzym. The delegation included representatives of government institutions, private companies, and public organizations.
On the Uzbek side, in addition to representatives of the Agency, participants included officials from Beshmakon LLC and BP Pharma LLC.
During the meeting, the Polish delegation expressed interest in establishing stable trade and economic relations with the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties discussed prospects for the supply of agricultural machinery, cooperation in the pharmaceutical sector, and the implementation of joint cultural initiatives.
In particular, the Polish company Dary Natury, which specializes in the production and processing of medicinal plants, and the Uzbek pharmaceutical company BP Pharma LLC expressed mutual interest in establishing cooperation.
At the end of the meeting, representatives of the Agency invited the Polish side to take part in the IV Tashkent International Investment Forum, which will be held on June 10–12, 2025.
