The Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan has signed a Project Development Agreement with Allied Green Ammonia (AGA), a leading Australian developer of clean energy infrastructure, to explore the development of a multi-billion-dollar green urea and SAF facility in Uzbekistan.
The agreement was formalized during the IV Tashkent International Investment Forum in Tashkent and marks a major milestone in Uzbekistan’s ambitions to become a regional hub for sustainable industrial development, as well as AGA’s international expansion strategy.
This initiative highlights Uzbekistan’s growing role in the global decarbonization agenda by advancing innovation, circular economy principles, and investment-driven sustainable growth.
