Qulix Uzbekistan

Qulix is an international software engineering and technology consulting company established in 2000. The company opened its Tashkent office in 2022 as one of two new international locations launched that year. QULIX UZ holds IT Park resident status and operates from 130 Mustaqillik Avenue. IT Park’s company profile lists software development, software testing, mobile development, IT outsourcing and consulting among the local activities, together with business-process services delivered to customers abroad.

The Uzbekistan office therefore participates in both technical production and export-oriented service delivery. Software engineers, testers, analysts and other specialists can work from Tashkent on projects connected to the company’s international customer base. The permanent office and IT Park registration provide an institutional foundation for this work, while the range of listed services supports participation across several stages of the digital-product life cycle.

Qulix UZ has also contributed to the operating environment for technology exporters. In April 2024, the company described its participation in developing rules that recognize electronic documents for exports under contracts valued at up to US$100,000. This reform simplifies documentation for service companies and gives the Uzbekistan branch a role in shaping practical conditions for the wider export ecosystem.

Across the international company, Qulix reports more than 25 years of experience, over 500 in-house engineers, more than 200 clients in 30 countries and a client-retention rate of 92 percent. It was included in the Global Outsourcing 100 in 2020 and again in 2022, 2023 and 2024. The Tashkent office brings this established engineering platform into Uzbekistan through an operating team, internationally delivered services and participation in improvements to the country’s digital-export framework.
