AMC Bridge Uzbekistan

AMC Bridge is an international software development company whose history began in 1999 and whose formal foundation followed in 2000. The company began recruiting in Uzbekistan in November 2022 and held the formal launch event for its Tashkent operation on 3 March 2023. Its current development centre is located at IMPACT.T, 186 Bogiboston Street in Tashkent’s Yakkasaray district. The office gives AMC Bridge a permanent local base for engineering-software development and places Uzbekistan within the company’s international delivery network.
The specialization of the centre distinguishes it from general-purpose outsourcing operations. Its engineers can contribute to products used in aerospace, industrial engineering, robotics, architecture and construction, where software frequently requires knowledge of geometry, design systems, physical processes and specialized programming interfaces. This creates opportunities for Uzbek developers to build expertise in high-value technical software with applications across multiple global industries.
AMC Bridge signed a partnership agreement with Tashkent University of Information Technologies on 2 December 2022. The cooperation focuses on areas such as computational geometry, three-dimensional visualization and application-programming interfaces used in engineering software. The company later extended its talent pipeline through the Campus Trainee Program in Uzbekistan, introduced in late 2024.
Across the international organization, AMC Bridge reports more than 25 years of industry experience and a team approaching 800 specialists. Its published people metrics include employee loyalty of 92 percent, median tenure of 4.7 years and 48 percent of hires coming through employee referrals. Management visits to the Tashkent centre in 2024 and 2025 supported team development and planning.
