Basaltium

Basaltium is an industrial non-combustible thermal and acoustic insulation producer established in Uzbekistan with international engineering and equipment consortium partners, utilizing local basalt mineral deposits. Its business connects mineral processing with the manufacture of insulation for buildings and industrial installations.
The plant operates high-temperature cupola melting furnaces and automated spinning lines capable of producing 30,000 tons of stone basalt wool slabs, technical insulation mats, and fire-resistant acoustic panels each year. The production sequence turns mineral feedstock into fibrous materials that can be formed into boards and other insulation products.
The facility provides domestic industrial construction, pipe networks, and residential buildings with fireproof, energy-conserving insulation systems, replacing imported rock-wool materials. By serving both residential and industrial users, the company operates across several applications within the building insulation market.
