Why Uzbekistan

Nobel Pharmsanoat has operated in Uzbekistan since 2002 as part of Turkey’s Nobel pharmaceutical group. Its development includes a new manufacturing plant completed in August 2017.

In 2022, the company reported cumulative investment exceeding US$40 million and a range of 79 medicines in 141 forms. This investment established a local manufacturing base for the Turkish group’s products.

The company’s plant profile lists annual capacity of 10 million boxes and approximately 400 employees. Its Uzbekistan operations also cooperate with the Academy of Sciences on medicinal plants and export to Turkey, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan and Georgia.
