ADM Global / ADM Jizzakh

ADM Global’s manufacturing operations include the ADM Jizzakh automobile plant. The plant launched assembly operations in March 2021 and commissioned its CKD production facility in March 2024, initially producing the Kia Sonet. Its manufacturing milestones include the 20,000th Kia Sonet in August 2025 and the 10,000th Haval in October 2025.
On 15 September 2025, ADM Global and Japan’s Sojitz Corporation signed a strategic partnership agreement under which Sojitz acquired an equity stake in the automobile-distribution business. The acquisition price and ownership percentage were not disclosed. This confirms foreign equity participation in ADM’s distribution operations; it does not establish direct Sojitz ownership of the ADM Jizzakh factory.
ADM has also continued expanding local manufacturing. In September 2026, it reported the launch of ADM Stamping, with investment exceeding $50 million and annual capacity of 120,000 sets of body components. The announcement did not identify the foreign-funded share of this project.
ADM Global therefore provides an example of an operating automotive group attracting foreign equity while expanding domestic production. Its manufacturing investment figures should be distinguished from Sojitz’s undisclosed acquisition amount.
