UzCaseMash

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the establishment of UzCaseMash on 11 February 1997 as a joint project with the American company Case Equipment Holdings Limited. The founding programme provided for production of Case 2022 two-row horizontal-spindle cotton harvesters and Case 1010 grain headers in Uzbekistan.

The founding resolution set charter capital at US$15 million. Case Equipment Holdings Limited was assigned a contribution of US$9 million, representing 60% of the capital, while the Uzbek partners’ combined contribution was set at US$6 million.

The ownership structure later developed into full foreign ownership. CNH Industrial’s filing listing subsidiaries as of 31 December 2024 records UzCaseMash in Tashkent with share capital of US$12.8 million and a 100% interest held by Case Equipment Holdings Limited.

A company publication from September 2024 states that UzCaseMash manufactures and supplies agricultural machinery meeting international standards. It identifies CNH’s presence in Uzbekistan since 1996 and more than 10,000 machines supplied across the country. The product range includes Case IH and New Holland combine harvesters and tractors from approximately 80 to 340 horsepower, supported by UzCaseService centres in every region and more than 150 service specialists.
