Coca‑Cola Bottlers Uzbekistan Ltd

In September 2021, the Turkish company Coca‑Cola İçecek A.Ş. (CCI) completed the acquisition of 57.118 % of CCBU shares for approximately US$252.28 million, enabling increased investment in production modernization, export expansion, and implementation of international quality standards.

In 2024, CCBU announced investments of around US$165 million to construct two new plants in Uzbekistan: one in Samarkand Region with an annual production capacity of up to 280 million liters, and another in Namangan Region with a planned capacity of 198 million liters. These projects contribute to job creation, infrastructure development, and regional export capacity.

CCBU actively participates in the development of sustainable infrastructure and the implementation of modern technologies at its production sites. The company also supports social and environmental initiatives, including packaging recycling programs and efficient water usage.
