About the Tashkent International Investment Forum

Launched in 2022, the Tashkent International Investment Forum (TIIF) has rapidly grown into the region’s definitive deal‑making platform. It is not a conference built around speeches, but a carefully structured four‑day environment where heads of state, ministers, global CEOs, institutional investors, and project developers come together to sign agreements that reshape industries.

The 2026 edition marks the forum’s fifth anniversary. It will feature the largest project pipeline ever presented — €75 billion in investment opportunities — and the widest international participation: 102 countries, 62 official government delegations, and more than 3,400 foreign delegates. The forum is organised by the Investment Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

What TIIF 2026 offers

B2G & B2B Deal‑Making

Pre‑arranged, structured meetings between investors, businesses, and government decision‑makers. Over 2,000 one‑on‑one sessions are facilitated across the four days.

Eight Sector Pitch Sessions

Vetted projects from energy, transport, logistics, digital infrastructure, industrial development, agriculture, healthcare, and tourism are pitched live to international financiers.

Fourth Plenary of the Foreign Investors Council

75 major international companies present over 120 regulatory proposals; a reform roadmap is adopted with direct presidential oversight.

Exhibition & Site Visits

An industrial exhibition showcases Uzbekistan’s manufacturing capabilities, complemented by site visits to special economic zones and flagship projects.

June 16 Opening Ceremony & Plenary Sessions – Heads of state addresses, macroeconomic outlook, and signature of high‑level strategic agreements.

June 17 Sector Deep Dives – Focused pitch sessions on energy transition, transport corridors, digital economy, and industrial modernisation. Parallel B2B meetings begin.

June 18 Foreign Investors Council & Site Visits – Fourth plenary session of the Council, followed by visits to SEZs and industrial sites. Thousands of B2B meetings continue.

June 19 Closing & Announcements – Final investment agreements signed, press conference, and cultural programme celebrating the forum’s fifth anniversary.

Forum growth through the years

2022 TIIF 1 – Inaugural edition. Over 1,500 participants from major IFIs and regional delegations. Focus on trade and broad sectoral opportunities.

2023 TIIF 2 – Expanded participation, first large‑scale deal signings. Growing attention from sovereign wealth funds and multilateral lenders.

2024 TIIF 3 – Deepened sectoral tracks, industrial exhibition introduced. Forum firmly established as Central Asia’s leading investment event.

2025 TIIF 4 – Record 8,000+ participants from 97 countries. 36 panel sessions, 150+ international speakers, and $30.5 billion in agreements signed.

2026 TIIF 5 (Anniversary) – 102 countries, 3,400+ foreign delegates, €75 billion project pipeline. Largest and most international edition to date.

Rail and road corridor development reinforcing Uzbekistan’s position as a central node on Eurasian trade routes. Logistics hubs and multimodal terminals.

Industry

Manufacturing, processing, and supply chain localisation attracting strategic partners from Asia, Europe, and the Gulf. Special Economic Zones provide ready infrastructure.

Data centre infrastructure, fintech, e‑government, and artificial intelligence applications. A dedicated track draws participants like Visa, Meta, and global tech investors.

Who attends TIIF 2026

The forum brings together an unparalleled concentration of decision‑makers. Confirmed participants include global financial institutions BlackRock and JPMorgan Chase, technology leaders Visa and Meta, renewable energy giant Masdar, aerospace pioneer Airbus, and many others.

International financial institutions — the EBRD, EIB, ADB, IFC — will be present at the highest level, together with sovereign wealth funds from the Gulf, Asia, and Europe. Over 370 representatives from development banks and IFIs are expected, managing combined assets of over $42 trillion.
